Buffalo Announces DDR3-2400

Buffalo has announced DDR3 memory modules able to work at 2,400 MHz (PC3-19200). These modules have 1 GB capacity, use Elpida’s 2.5 Gbps DRAM chips and were tested stable at 2,400 MHz with 11-11-11-34 timings at 2.1 V. However, at standard DDR3 voltage – 1.5 V, these modules can work up to 2,096 MHz with 9-10-9-24 timings. These modules currently exist only as prototypes, but there are a lot of chances that they hit the market shortly.
